Copyright Policy:

By submitting material to us, you represent and warrant to CreatePhotoCards.com and Spectrum Software. that you own the copyright to the photograph, logos, trademarks, designs or other artwork or have written permission or authorization from the photographer or other copyright owner to make copies of this material.

We also do not accept images that display violence or are threatening, obscene, profane, or pornographic. We reserve the right to reject any image or project at any time.

We are not legally responsible for the content of any submissions to us.

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:

We are proud of the quality of our printed photo cards and if you are not satisfied because of a manufacturer defect on our part, please contact us within 14 days for a return.

CreatePhotoCards.com is not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; poor image quality derived from low resolution images, order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, we require you to proof your card before sending it to us for our printing service. You authorize this by checking the " I have reviewed my card and I approve this card for printing" within the software order page.
