What kind of equipment do you use to print my photo cards?
We use professional high-quality digital printers that produce an exceptional, vibrant product.

What picture resolution do you recommend?
We recommend using images that measure in pixel size of 1600x1200 or greater. We have seen good results from pictures less than 1600x1200 but it depends on different criteria such as the lens on the camera, etc. Also any pictures taken from a 3 mega pixel or greater camera should have no resolution problems.

Can you create my card, if I give you the images?
You must create your own card.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MC, Checks, Money Orders, and Paypal.

What are your payment terms?
We need the payment in full before we will print your cards.

Is online ordering secure?
Yes, we interface with Verisign which provides the industry standard encryption.

Can I add more than one photo on my card?
Yes, the software provides you with many layouts allowing you to add multiple photos per card.

What finish options do you offer?
We currently offer one finish which is a standard gloss finish

Are the cards printed full-bleed?
Yes, all cards are printed full-bleed which runs the color to the very edge of the paper. There is now white edging on the paper.

I'm not happy with my printed cards. Can I get my money back?
Your cards are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects. If defects are found, we will replace your returned cards at no charge. This does not include image placement or quality, dates, verbiage or any other issues arising from items which are under the control of the card project creator. If you are concerned about our quality or you want to make sure you didn't make any mistakes, we recommend starting off by ordering just 1 set of cards.

Shipping Charges?
Shipping cost is only $5 per order. It doesn't matter if you order 1 set of cards or 1,000, $5 is your cost for shipping. We use two carriers, USPS and UPS. The carrier we use depends upon how many calendars you order. Next day air delivery is available for an additional charge.

Do you double check my card file?
No, you are responsible for checking your card file making sure your photos, captions, etc are correct. We also do not check for spelling errors or red-eye in photos. This is your responsibility.
